Well, last 3 years ago, I found these lovely fashion bloggers on this fashion blog site, Chictopia , that amazed me so much that I had to scan their lookbooks to the oldest posts. According to Google, social anxiety is the fear of interaction with other people that brings on self-conciousness , feelings of negatively judged and evaluated, as a result, leads to avoidance . I am guilty of this. I think being strong and confident of yourself are one of the ways to become a better person. But oftentimes, becoming such is hindered because of your anxieties.  I have difficulty in overcoming anxiety. It's not easy, seriously. Over the times, I had gathered these few tips that I got from my own experiences. The first thing I do to overcome it is I condition my mind . The mind is the one who controls of what you should feel, think, and do. I let myself be aware, every time I have anxiety attack or before I go out the house, that I have the tendency to become anxious today or I tell myself "you are being anxious again". This is actually very helpful to me as it helps me relax and stay calm during hard situations. Because being aware will make you open...

After what happened, I somehow learned about two important things in life, Freewill and Destiny . Perhaps, I was at ease knowing that I learned something after the fall, after the months of "mourning" of losing a special moment in life as a college student. It gave me a bit of boost to stand up again. I can't find the appropriate words to describe this feeling of realization. But, I feel so loved and it was magnificently comforting. I'm here because of my choices , whether those choices were planned or not. On what just happened, I know it was because of my ignorance. Ignorance of the reality, that I was still (or might be even now) flying in fantasy and the goodness of world. Dwelling on the bright side of life not knowing the harsh reality that the world could give. I was somehow upset that I have to realize this in a painful way. Perhaps, God knows best.  I heard someone said, "What's the point of living when your destiny is already written?" ...

Another Korean drama to watch guys and it's  GOBLIN!  If you haven't heard of this yet, let me introduce it as briefly as possible. There is no spoilers here so don't worry. This is a fantasy inspired drama. If you have heard or watched Train to Busan , you'll recognize the actor on the bottom left. Yep! It's Gong Yoo , ladies! Goblin is about a general or a kingsguard (if you're watching Game of Thrones) that was blessed with strength and have successfully won so many wars. He was unbeatable in the battlefield and was very faithful to the royal family.  As time goes by, the young king felt jealous of the general's fame and ordered to let the general move away from the kingdom. But, the general remained faithful of his job for the royal family as it was the order of the late king. However, his decision made the young king angrier.
