Turning it Down + New Playlist

Image
Unfortunately, I just realized I can't keep up with making Youtube videos while making blog posts and studying. So I decided to turn down my channel for now. However, since I really really love to make playlists I created a Spotify account for it. I'll be posting here all the playlists that I can make -- of various genres and sort. I have already posted my first playlist called p enelope . It is a catchy romantic korean playlist that you can enjoy anytime of the day. If you're curious as to why it is named as such, it is because I can associate myself to this name. Besides that, the track list is a stimulant for daydreaming, as to speak I'm always a daydreamer. Another thing is, I also posted a new playlist called afternoon breather . This is a soft but upbeat, undertoned korean playlist for your lazy afternoon. So please do check them now and don't forget to follow! Here is a quick preview of the playlistđź’•                ❤️follow my blog fo...

Karma: A Wrongdoer's Perspective

"What goes around, comes around." -- The infamous line that maybe a lot would agree into but not me, for at the very least I don't oppose to it either.  It's just there's something with the quote that I don't quite get. Back as a child, we were taught that these two are completely separate entities and when we do something good, we are good and if we do the opposite, we are bad. While this concept made moral standards easier back then, as I grow old I slowly realized that we cannot just think it this wa...

"You need to be cruel in order to be kind."

I'm not sure if expressing my opinion about this is a right thing to do. These words are too upsetting for me mentally and talking about it drains and makes me vulnerable. I don't mind being transparent on my feelings actually, however, opening up about this might release all my pent up negativities inside. Those dark and evil thoughts that I never say to those who are close to me. I'm definitely scared as you can see. Scared that what I'm about to say will get invalidated. That I might be judged for being like this. But, I want to take a small step forward - out of my comforts. Even just a little and maybe things would be a tad bit better for me and for everyone.   This was my first time hearing this line and I never, in my mind, thought of anything like this.   I was sad, angry, and felt hopeless when I heard it. I'm confused. Why does this person have this kind of mindset?   To be honest, I understand how this line works. I really do. I get it. Lear...
